Gene is the founder and chief executive of ForensicPathways, Inc. For more than thirty years, he has been involved in the study of organizational culture, governance, and compliance. He is the author of sixteen books and frequently speaks on the topics of effective human resource management, workplace culture, and unethical behavior in the workplace, as well as complex internal investigations. He reminds us, “The truth is only theory until proven otherwise.”
